The first 2 lines so clearly describe the nuclear explosion that probably this quatrain has already been deciphered earlier. The nuclear explosion has the shape of a fungus, the upper part of which is spherical. As a result of 2 nuclear explosions, more than 200 thousand people died. "Hidden death" can be understood as an invisible radiation sickness.
