Мистическая драма unfolds against the backdrop of historical events, focusing on the fate of two brothers. Demons, shifting from one body to another, coexist with humans, traversing through the ages. Long ago, in the celestial realm of the Twelve Kingdoms, the younger brother, swayed by the promises of a god, committed fratricide, trading his brother’s life for the chance to experience existence as an ordinary human. He wishes to remain oblivious to both his betrayal and his past, thus, as he dies, he begins anew each time, starting with a blank slate. However, the situation is far from straightforward. The demon who made a pact with the god still hasn’t become human, and it turns out that his brother did not die after all. Resurrected in accordance with the Celestial Law of Balance—since the higher demons possess the immortality of gods and cannot truly perish—he is also condemned to live on Earth. Unlike his younger brother, who has buried his demonic nature deep within, the resurrected brother does not shy away from his true essence. He scorns humanity, disregarding moral codes and societal laws, living by his own devilish rules in this world. Yet, he cannot escape the memories of his love for his brother or the sting of betrayal. When their paths cross once more, he turns his brother’s life into a living nightmare. This complex love-hate relationship becomes a trap for their hearts, binding them with chains that cannot be broken for centuries to come.
