The summer issue of Positive Changes Magazine was dedicated to Social Impact Bonds (SIB) projects, which have an important feature in that they are carried out in partnership among several parties. An important change in the development of SIB in Russia happened in April 2022 — a new important player appeared, namely the Agency of Strategic Initiatives. We tried to explore different options for the development of this social investment tool in Russia, based on an analysis of foreign experience and interviews with Russian experts. Another hot topic was the nationwide discussion of the prospects for setting up a new youth movement. We interviewed experts to see what the options for such a movement might be.
One more highlight of this issue is a discussion of the prospects and options for the Future — the future for individual countries and the entire world, for cities and individual elements of the cities.
The magazine just got a big update — the new "Policy Essay" column, which debuts in this issue with an opinion piece by Alexey Ryzhkov, social investor, founder of the Seven Suns Development Group and the Positive Changes Factory.
And finally, the great news for the magazine as a whole is a change in its status — we are now an officially registered media outlet.
Everything seems a little easier in summer — easier to go to the gym, easier to start jogging every morning, easier to see the promise and start building positive changes in your life. When basking in the sunshine, there is inevitably a sense that "everything will be okay someday." And with that mindset, ideas and plans for positive changes will certainly come true.

В чем конкретно заключается кризис, каковы его причины, какие способы решения и какой будет точка выхода, которую необходимо реализовать? Ответы на эти вопросы являются жизненно важными для всего нашего общества. Без них мы не сможем успешно справиться с текущими и будущими вызовами и угрозами и будем вынуждены нести ущерб. До тех пор, пока не дадим правильные ответы.
